PERCEPTION OF NURSES ABOUT NURSING TELECONSULTATION IN PRIMARY CARE

ABSTRACT Objective analyze the nurse’s perception about nursing teleconsultation in Primary Health Care through workflows characterization, potential, challenges and feasibility. Method exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected, between months of May June 2021, 19 nurses from four health districts capital south Brazil, using digital questionnaire. systematized Microsoft ExcelⓇ analyzed following criteria Discourse Collective Subject. This process was carried out support DSCsoftⓇ Program. Results results organized into five thematic categories: Nursing flow Care; Teleconsultation process; Instruments used during teleconsultation; Potentialities identified and, Applicability: services that can be resolved teleconsultation. Among are inherent problems communication internet connectivity distrust users relation to this new consultation modality. Conclusion telecare is recent technological innovation, several as: possible failure professional user; connection problems; lack ability travel tools; privacy excessive noise service provided. With teleconsultation, there an extension users' access services, greater agility efficiency provided population.
